Tom Quantrille — President & CEO
ButtonTom Quantrille has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and has extensive experience in managing materials and technology companies. Tom joined Haydale in 2002, serving as president and CEO since 2006. Prior to joining Haydale, Tom worked for a plastic fiber and film manufacturer as an R&D engineer, eventually rising to Director of R&D. He then moved over to account management, ultimately earning the position of Director of International Business Development, where he spent two years managing a joint venture in Italy. Tom believes in technology driven solutions and emphasizes innovation to ensure the company stays at the forefront competitively.

Keith Brown — Sales Director
ButtonKeith comes to Haydale with an extensive industrial sales background spanning distribution, industrial fluids and lubricants, and technologically advanced ceramic cutting tools. Prior to onboarding at Haydale, Keith spent five years with Fastenal. He then moved into industrial lubricants before spending the last decade managing Regional Sales & Operations at NTK Cutting Tools, establishing himself as an expert in the application of ceramics across various environments. With a passion for a consultative sales approach, Keith is driven by his commitment to solving his customers' challenges. You can often find Keith on the shop floor, working diligently at the spindle in aero manufacturers, steel mills, Tier 1 Automotive accounts, and more.

Angie Willis — Inside Sales Manager
ButtonAfter many years in the round cutting tool industry Angie decided to make the change to flat cutting tools, joining the Haydale team in January 2023 as the Inside Sales manager. She brings a wealth of knowledge in sales, account management, distribution, customer service and spent a year on the shop floor running CNC machinery while earning a degree in Engineering Design Technology. Angie is dedicated to establishing genuine partnerships through clear and efficient communication, a proactive approach and pure enthusiasm for her work.
